kashitravel.live (“we”, “us”) is an independent travel information and trip-assistance service. We are not the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust or any government body and are not affiliated with them.

We work hard to keep timings, rules and prices accurate, but they change — often without notice — and are set by temples, authorities and operators. Information is provided “as is” for general guidance. Always confirm critical details, especially temple timings and rules, with official sources before relying on them.

• Hotels, transport, boats, guides and other services are provided by independent third parties; their own terms also apply.
• We act as your booking assistant and are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party providers, though we will help resolve any problem.
• Temple services are provided only by the temple trust, under its rules.
• You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas and IDs required for your trip.

• Keep your login details confidential and give accurate information.
• Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or post unlawful content.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

We link to official and third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control such as weather, floods, strikes, epidemics or government orders.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have.
